Your journey with us begins with a complimentary VISIA® Complexion Analysis (a $100 value) to ensure your plan is entirely data-driven.

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee

  • Yes! We are proud to partner with Cherry to offer flexible, 0% financing options to make your aesthetic goals more accessible. You can apply easily online or in our office.

  • Results typically last 3-4 months. The duration can vary based on the treatment area, your metabolism, and the dosage used. We will work with you to create a maintenance schedule that keeps you looking refreshed.

  • Absolutely not. Our injection philosophy is centered on creating natural-looking results. We aim to soften wrinkles and refresh your appearance, not erase your ability to make expressions. Our expert injector is highly trained in artistic and precise techniques.

  • Downtime varies by treatment. Many of our services, like Wrinkle Relaxers or a HydraFacial™, have no downtime at all. More intensive treatments like deep chemical peels or microneedling may have a few days of social downtime. We will discuss all expectations with you during your consultation.

Policies & Spa Etiquette

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or through our online booking system. We encourage scheduling well in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

CONFIRMATION

A confirmation notification will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please confirm your attendance to avoid cancellation.

CANCELATION AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to charges equivalent to 50% of the booked service price.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your treatment. Arriving late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, without a refund.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Certain treatments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward future services if cancellations comply with our policy.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Clients must inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment. The Atelier Aesthetic reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe.
