Contraderm is DMK's calming cream for skin that feels hypersensitive, inflamed or reactive. It combines a gentle retinoid with licorice and nourishing oils from grapeseed, olive, soybean, sweet almond and sunflower to soothe and comfort. It is meant for short term use after deeper resurfacing treatments or during a flare of sensitivity, and it can also help kick off a home care routine for compromised skin.
Best for: Short term use after resurfacing treatments, sensitized and reactive skin, and compromised, inflamed skin starting a home care routine.
Key ingredients: Ethyl ascorbic acid (a stable vitamin C), licorice root, soybean oil, sunflower seed oil and lecithin.
